Introducing Head Chef Kurt von Buren

Born in Switzerland, Head Chef Kurt von Buren comes to Twin Creeks with a wealth of experience having worked in five star hotels, various ski resorts and world class restaurants.

He is also a World Association Chef Society approved Judge and is regularly invited to represent Australia in judging culinary competitions in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok & Manila. Kurt has twice been awarded the Bronze Medal in the Salon Culinaire, a prestigious cooking competition held in Sydney. Kurt's knowledge, experience and passion for food brings an exciting dynamic to Twin Creeks which is reflected through his menus.
